One of the courses I teach is the Microsoft Windows 2012 Installing and Configuring course, the Microsoft designation is the 20410B

In the presentation, we look at creating a DHCP Scope within Windows Server 2012.

After you install the DHCP role on a server, you must configure the DHCP scopes. A DHCP scope is the primary method by which you can configure options for a group of IP addresses. A DHCP scope is based on an IP subnet, and can have settings specific to hardware or custom groups of clients.
